Customer and patient data. When a Customer uses our services, our platform processes data from the Customer's practice management system, which may include protected health information (PHI). We process that data on the Customer's behalf under our agreement with them and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement. Our handling of PHI is described in our HIPAA Statement.

We use information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and conduct demos and consultations, provide and improve our services, communicate with you about DentAI, ensure security and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf (for example, scheduling, email delivery, hosting, and analytics), under contracts that require them to protect the information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

For patient data processed on behalf of a dental practice, requests should be directed to that practice, which controls the data. We will assist our Customers in responding to such requests as required by our agreements and applicable law.

We operate in the United States and Canada. If you access our website from outside these regions, be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed where we and our service providers operate.

Our website and services are directed to dental practices and businesses, not to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our website.
