These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DentAI website and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and represent that you have authority to do so.

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for any activity conducted through your access to the Services.
The provision of our AI front-desk platform to a dental practice is governed by a separate written services agreement between us and that practice. In the event of a conflict, that agreement controls for the platform services.

Certain features require you to provide contact or account information. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them without authorization, interfering with their operation, reverse-engineering them, or using them to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

The Services, including all content, software, and trademarks, are owned by DentAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as practice management systems and scheduling tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Services and any informational content on this website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Content on this website is for general information and is not legal, medical, or professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DentAI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold DentAI harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
